The New-Born Baby Residency Visa is for parents with a valid Iqama who have had a new born baby in the UK. In this case, you should obtain a Family Residency Visa for your child. Please note that in this particular case you do not need a visa invitation or residency visa authorisation.
New-Born Baby Residency Visa Requirements
1. Two Passports (the mother’s and the baby’s).
2. Two passport-sized photos of the baby (must be recently taken + have a white background).
3. The Family Residency Visa application form for the baby (filled)
4. The Declaration form (filled)
5. The original UK Birth Certificate that shows the mother and the father’s name (must be stamped from the British Foreign Office and the Saudi Embassy – we offer this service).
6. A photocopy of the mother’s Exit/Return Letter.
7. A photocopy of the mother and the father’s valid Saudi Iqamas.
8. A letter from the father’s Saudi Employer addressed to the Saudi Council of the Saudi Embassy in London confirming that he is still working for them in Saudi Arabia and that he has had a baby.
