The Family Visit visa is issued for those who wish to visit their first-degree relatives like (parents, wife, and children) in Saudi Arabia. To obtain this visa, your close relative working in Saudi must collect an approved family visit visa authorisation letter from the Saudi Arabia Foreign Ministry.
Family Visit Visa Requirements
1. A passport (valid for more than 6 months + two facing blank pages).
2. Three passport-sized photos (recently taken with a white background).
3. The Family Visit Visa application (filled)
4. A copy of the Visa Authorisation Letter from your relative in Saudi Arabia.
5. The Saudi Medical Emergency Form (filled) Note: put your UK address.
6. The Declaration form (printed and signed)
7. The original Marriage Certificate (for spouse) and the original Birth Certificate (for children) that includes the mother and the father’s names. UK certificates need to be stamped by FCO as per the Saudi embassy’s new rules. We offer this service.
8. For Children under 18 years of age, if they are travelling with only one parent, the other parent must provide a consent letter, giving their child permission to travel.
