The Diplomatic Visa is issued for diplomatic passport holders who are traveling on behalf of the government for official purposes. This visa type is intended for diplomats, such as country heads, high-ranking public ministers, ambassadors, and other government officials and their families.
Business Visa Requirements
1. A diplomatic passport
2. An invitation letter from the Saudi Arabia Foreign Ministry
3. 2 passport-sized (35 mm x 45 mm) photographs
4. The Saudi Diplomatic Visa application form (filled)
5. The original supporting/introduction letter from your UK Government department
6. A visa invitation letter from your Saudi sponsor as per the requirements of the Diplomatic Visa
7. The Declaration form (read and signed)
8. Flight details; printed
9. A cover letter indicating your marital status, religion, and previous nationality (If you don’t have a previous nationality, please note so.)
